Monitoring

A issue with Azure App Insights has been identified as the issue. A temporary fix has been implemented and we are opening a ticket with Microsoft Azure support. We will continue to monitor to ensure that everything continues to work as expected.

There is an issue with Document service in being able to create agreements. We are working toward a resolution and will update as we have more information.
